Everybody knows and can see that he is a noble man who also likes a good time. But the fact that he chose the old town of Bielefeld, of all places, to build his house just goes to prove that he has good taste! And you can be sure of one thing – St. Nicholas is also very particular about living comfort. He has an entire village made from the finest woods with lovingly decorated, snug rooms!

Take a peek inside the House of St. Nicholas – have a seat in his fireside lounge and enjoy an authentic ‘Feuerzangenbowle’ or ‘Fire Tongs’ punch. Schneider’s famous specialities from the beech wood grill cater for everyone’s culinary needs and a diverse side programme provides entertainment each day.

So, if you want to offer friends, acquaintances or your family something special, then you are at the right place! It will make your Christmas outing quite an event. We look forward to seeing you in a unique place and offering you what we do best – total quality and bags of fun! By the way, for Christmas parties and other events in a Christmassy atmosphere, St. Nicholas will gladly make his house available for you. Your party will be unforgettable!

St. Nicholas comes at 6 p.m.!

Every day is of course ‘St. Nicholas Day’ in the House of St. Nicholas.

St. Nicholas comes home every day around 6 p.m. and is already waiting for the wish lists of the little visitors and hopes that they are already practising their singing so he can also deliver lots of presents.

Food and drinks are of course also provided – the spicy ‘Krakauer’ sausage, juicy steaks and top-class Feuerzangenbowle are among just some of the items on the programme.

Schneider’s Original Feuerzangenbowle

Freshly made Feuerzangenbowle will be available at the House of St. Nicholas throughout the day and evening.

It is prepared with cloves, cinnamon, star anise, lemon and orange peel according to the Schneider secret recipe.

Did you know?

There are two versions of the House of St. Nicholas. For a few years now, an identical installation has also been creating a Christmassy atmosphere as the House of St. Nicholas at Winter Wonderland in London's Hyde Park.
